Frequently Asked Questions

  • There are 3 stages of therapy here:

    1. Exploration - this is where the therapist begins to understand and get “caught up” on the client’s life. What has lead to you coming to therapy? How did we get to where we are now? What does good look like?

    2. Change - How could we think or behave differently? What kind of tools or skills can we use to better align our behaviors to our values?

    3. Sustain - How can we achieve change in a real and sustainable way for long-lasting results?

  • Individual Sessions are 50 minutes long. Couples sessions could be 50-75 minutes.

  • Therapy is completely confidential. The only instance where the therapist is required to share any info about the session is if the client is a danger to themselves or another. Your secrets are safe here and so are you.

  • At the start of therapy it is important to at least meet weekly in order to develop a connection, momentum, and accountability. This can be revisited throughout treatment as no one size fits all.

  • At this time we are only offering virtual therapy. However, this will hopefully change in the near future once we have enough requests for in-person sessions.

  • We offer a wide range of therapeutic modalities, which allows us to tailor therapy to you and your needs.
