What We Offer

We offer remote therapy and soon to be in-person therapy in New York. We are In-Network with major insurances such as Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and Carelon Behavioral Health. We work with clients ages 13-60 years old. We offer individual, couples, and family sessions.

  • Work with a psychotherapist who “gets it” and will help guide you in the right direction. We offer 55+ minute sessions for 1 on 1 therapy. This usually meets weekly, but can be tailored to fit your needs.

  • Meet with a couples therapist that can help you identify and change patterns that have been drawing you and your partner further and further apart. We offer 55 and 90 minute sessions.

  • Meet with a family therapist who has experience helping families work through difficult conflict and patterns. You don’t have to be stuck in your old ways forever - but you do have to be stuck with your family forever. We offer 55 and 90 minute sessions.

  • Meet with a coach who can help you reach your physical, psychological, professional, and financial goals. This person will help keep you accountable, motivated, and will help you track your progress.

We start by helping you understand how emotional distress, anxiety, relationship patterns, or life experiences brought you to where you are now. Gaining clarity around your story creates the foundation for meaningful change.

Identify Patterns

Together, we identify recurring thoughts, behaviors, beliefs, and relationship dynamics that may be keeping you stuck, often outside of conscious awareness.

Change: Thoughts and Behavior

We work on shifting unhelpful thinking patterns and behaviors so they better align with your values, goals, and emotional needs, reducing anxiety, mood symptoms, and relationship conflict.

Sustain Change

How can we sustain this change in a way that feels doable and suits your lifestyle so that you only see your therapist because you want to - not because you need to.
